Product Compliance Technical Coordinator

Responsible for assisting with collection and documentation for regulatory, environmental, and compliance. Works with multiple internal departments and external subcontractors to collect and validate manufacturing data, test reports, and material declarations to ensure company packaging aligns with customer and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure suppliers follow domestic and international regulations

  • Support internal departments by collecting, coordinating and analyzing compliance data

  • Assist with implementation of systems, processes, and policies

  • Create and maintain database for various compliance standards across multiple package types, subcontracted manufacturers and customers

  • Document, review, and improve existing processes and design new processes with the direction of senior staff

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries for compliance data

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree (technical focus) plus 3 years' relevant experience

  • Familiarity with ROHS, REACH, conflict mineral and substance regulations

  • Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

  • Microsoft SharePoint

  • Adobe Pro

  • Database SAP, Access, Agile, or similar

  • Basic understanding of semiconductor packaging types and technologies, such as WLCSP, MEMS, SOIC, TSSOP, etc.

  • Familiarity with customer requirements and automotive standards

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance within a fab-less semiconductor environment and experience working with packaging/test subcontractors
