About the Job

We’re searching for a dynamic leader to own the talent development support and services for one of TI’s growing strategic businesses, supporting over 1600 employees and leaders. You will also engage in the design, deployment and continuous improvement of a variety of TI-wide talent development projects.

In this role, you’ll help solve some of our most important problems, including:

• How do we develop our leaders globally so that all of our leaders understand and act in ways that meet TI’s leadership expectations?

• How can we raise the capability and performance of the people in our organization?

• How can we help leaders transition quickly, accelerating their integration into their new organizations and teams?

• How do we effectively drive change in the organization in order to become a stronger company?

• How can we ensure TI has a robust pipeline of ready-now talent for critical leadership and technical roles?

• How do we work with internal subject matter experts to create training content that is engaging, effective and leads to improved business results?

Minimum requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology, leadership development, human resources or a similar field with 5+ years of experience

• Semiconductor industry experience

• Experience leading and operating in a global environment

We’re looking for strong facilitation and project management skills, the ability to influence without authority and someone who works collaboratively to generate and deliver solutions to business and talent challenges.

Experience designing and implementing development programs while balancing creativity and pragmatism are essential. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of business drivers and can link development to business success.
