Lockheed Martin Systems Integration Analyst in Fort Worth, Texas

This position is responsible for driving and implementing process improvement initiatives in the Tool Management organization. The candidate is expected to have strong analytical skills and be able to diagnose and recommend solutions to complex issues. This expectation includes working with production, production control, fabrication, and supply chain organizations to drive change consistent with the strategic company objectives. The candidate must demonstrate a proactive approach and leadership to pursue continuous improvement. Tasks include data extraction and analysis, distillation of data to pertinent charts and graphs, creation of presentations for all levels of management, process definition and documentation, cost-benefit analysis and training documentation. This position will also maintain the Tool Management operating system and reporting tools. Ensure interface between CribMaster and other operating systems. Resolve system issues with the appropriate cross-functional teams. Maintain and improve automated daily reports to drive accuracy. The candidate will perform activities involving the producibility and quality of the team’s products and services.

Basic Qualifications -Ability to work independently and as a cross-functional team member -Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Database structures and Query generation -Experience in software testing and implementation -Strong coordination and integration skills with teams -Excellent communication and problem solving skills -Proficient use of MS Access, MS Visio, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project -Positive attitude and motivation to perform

Desired skills -Knowledge of CribMaster software and hardware -Knowledge of SAP -Knowledge of Tool Control, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain -Proficient understanding of RFID and its uses/capabilities in an Aerospace manufacturing environment -Project management experience
