Job Description
The Plant Admin provides administrative support for the Houston Lubricant Plant (HLP) including regular administrative support and facility reception duties.
Accountabilities:
Schedule meetings & events including logistics & catering requirements
Coordination of travel arrangements
Data entry & tracking for various site departments including HSSE Leading Indicator program
Administration & management of databases, trackers, and filing
Follow Shell guidelines for records management and support records focal point at the site
Manage badging and security program for employees
Admin support at various departmental meetings & workshops
Ad hoc admin requests
Coordinate and deliver in-house department transfer testing
Take monthly Union meeting minutes
Backup support to other Admin personnel
Maintenance of departmental distribution lists
Onboarding/Offboarding support
Reception for site visitors, deliveries, tours etc.
Requirements
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in an administrative support role or similar experience.
High School or GED required. Bachelor’s degree a preferred.
