Masco Corporation Production Supervisor in Grand Prairie, Texas
We're seeking a Production Supervisor in our rapidly growing Dallas Fort Worth manufacturing and sales operation.
Milgard Windows, the leading manufacturer of windows and doors in the Western United States, needs your leadership, your ability to not only win hearts and minds, but your knowledge of efficiencies and lean and best production processes, to manage our Vinyl standard and custom window lines, as well as our paint department. Total employee responsibility is approximately 20.
In this important role you will focus on quality, safety, positive development of your team through one-on-one and team coaching, troubleshooting issues, and providing a clean hand-off to the day crew each day.
We're seeking an individual that has a minimum of three years of experience in production
supervision. You should have lean in your toolkit, solid communication skills, solid problem-solving skills, and demonstrated experience developing and growing team members. MS Office skills will be helpful, as will Bilingual (Spanish) ability.
