Schedule maintenance personnel to maintain line efficiencies.

Monitor line performance throughout shift.Monitor maintenance overtime and time schedules and reporting.Monitor work order status.

Act as maintenance representative during daily SIS meeting and production scheduling and planning meeting.

Train and provide personnel support during production daily ( troubleshooting).

Assist in ordering guides and resourcing of materials and partsPreventive maintenance scheduling and monitoring.

Lead troubleshooting and resolution of downtime events on equipment.

Review, monitor, and address MRO parts and inventoryResponsible for assuring compliance with all Food Safety policies, procedures and regulatory criterion including the current SQF code, Good Manufacturing Practices, and the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and associated Preventative Controls.

Position RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent experience. 5 years in mechanical environment. Prior experience in food service environment highly desirable. Knowledge and application of food industry quality standards. Personnel supervision training and experience. Knowledge and application of safety standards. Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance Programs.
